Changing one's perspective changes everything.
You can be stuck in healing when you don't understand.

Healing is a profound, reflective process that requires
arriving at a deep understanding.  


As we cling tighter, we lose control. 

It's not all about letting go. It's also about
​transforming energy memories into soft healing mist. 
 
When something bad happens, don't “catch the echo”.
Make things small asap, as best you can.
​Ask God for help.

Be kind to yourself and know that healing is in-progress.
Let the healing find you.
Allow yourself to be surprised.

Stay aware but don't obsess about anything.


When you disconnect in the right way,
​​you disconnect the illness.


When you can hold your entire story and see that
​every single thing makes perfect sense, you are healed.


Give the best of what you are every day.
Love and accept yourself with whatever happens.
